We do our absolute best to make returns hassle-free for you. Unlike all other retailers, we do NOT charge a Restocking fee on returns with Fitment issues (wheel or tire spec does not match vehicle) if Vehicle fitment is confirmed during checkout. Otherwise a Restocking fee of 25% applies.
Initiating a Return:
Prior to mounting tires, we require running a test fit to ensure that there is proper caliper and suspension clearance. Mounted or Single Wheels/Tires are NON_RETURNABLE.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team. We'll provide you with a return label to ensure the process is convenient for you.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase.

Total refund amount is determined by the Category of Returns as follows:
General Returns:
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Incorrect/Faulty Items:
We cover the cost of return shipping.
Damaged in Transit:
We cover the cost of return shipping. Please don't sign off on delivery if damage is visible on the packaging to simplify the return process.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and verify the return claim. We'll then issue a refund for the total amount, less any applicable return shipping fees. Please allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
