PURCHASING
Fitment is the confirmation of a series of specifications that confirm a wheel will fit a given vehicle.Β Please input your vehicle Year, Make and Model in the product page to verify the Wheels/Tires you purchase Fits your vehicle.
Β We also double-check all orders placed to confirm accurate fitment before shipping. We will contact you within one business day if we find an issue.

In many cases, a wheel installation kit is required to properly install your new wheels. Your original lug nuts or bolts may not be the same size or length needed to install your new wheels, and centering rings are highly recommended for a proper installation.
No duties or hidden fees are charged to orders placed/shipping to the United States.
Orders shipping to Canada are subject to duties and brokerage fees. Please contact us before placing an order shipping to Canada to get estimated Brokerage fees
At the moment we only collect Sale tax on orders shipping to Wyoming. All other orders are Sale-tax free.

We have a lenient Price Match Policy and will Price Match valid offers for up to 60 days after your order is placed. For more details please see our Price Match policy here.
A "test fit" is putting your wheels on the hub of your car to verify proper bolt pattern/hub compatibility and suspension/caliper clearance before a tire is installed. We require all wheels to be test fitted prior to tire installation for a few reasons.
In the rare case that your order was picked incorrectly, or boxed incorrectly at the factory, test fitting will mitigate any issues with returns.
In the rare case that you entered your vehicle year, make, model or submodel incorrectly, test fitting would help you identify fitment issues and make the return process easier.
Yes! If you have purchased the wheels from us, you can simply contact us with your order number and we will be able to find the correct suited part number for your replacement wheel or center cap. If you purchased the wheels elsewhere, or they came with your car, we may still be able to assist you, but cannot provide a guarantee that the replacements will perfectly match your existing wheels without having a specific SKU or part number. All single replacement items are final sale.
There could be 3 reasons why no centering rings were included with your order:
- The most common reason would be that your wheel is made hub-centric to your vehicle and does not require centering rings.
- Another reason why no rings are included in an order is due to the type of wheel ordered. Steel wheels, or wheels with push-through style derby caps do not take centering rings.
- Lastly, trucks with 8 bolt lug
patterns generally do not use centering rings, so they are not included with our installation kits.
No, we do not have a wheel buy back program.
INVENTORY
Lead times will vary depending on brand and season, but you can generally expect lead times of 2 to 4 months. We recommend signing up to our "out of stock" notification to receive an email immediately the wheel is back in stock.
A special order means that the wheel or tire you are looking for would have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Extra lead time is needed to submit the order and for the manufacturer to prepare your order. Fulfillment times for Special Orders will vary depending on brand and location. Please contact us before placing a special order to get estimated Lead times.
Absolutely! We have access to most major brands. In certain cases, if the product is new, we may not yet list it on our site, but can most definitely source it for you. Feel free to contact us with and we will do our best to help.
SHIPPING
We use various shipping companies to offer the best service and competitive pricing. Most of our order will ship with UPS, USPS, Purolator, Fedex and DHL. Palletized orders may ship with various LTL freight companies.
We are proud to offer free shipping on all sets of 4 or more alloy wheels to the Lower 48 States. Shipping prices on tires are calculated at checkout. Certain exceptions may apply for oversized items and rural or remote areas outside of regular shipping zones. If you do not wish to pay any additional shipping fees, we can always ship your order to the nearest city for pickup!
This depends on what you ordered! For wheels only or accessories, Carriers like USPS or UPS will deliver these to your location without signature. You can track your order to follow its shipment progress
Delivery Protection provides customers protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the shipping process. For an additional fee, customers can add Delivery Protection to their order at checkout. If customers have a shipping issue, they can reach out to our support team to receive expedited reimbursement or redeem a replacement product. Standard coverage requires you to file a claim with the shipper and delays can be expected.
Delivery Protection coverage starts once your order has shipped! This coverage ends once the shipment is delivered. Lost package claims must be filed within 72 hours of the "delivery" date listed on the shipping carrierβs website. Damage claims and Stolen Package claims must be started within 72 hours of delivery. Any damages incurred after delivery are not covered.
Standard coverage requires you to file a claim with the shipper and delays can be expected.
NOTE: At our discretion, we may require proof of identity, police report or in-person notarized statement form when your package is marked as delivered. Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony.
