Do I need to purchase a Wheel Installation Kit?
Yes, we highly recommend purchasing a Wheel Installation Kit with your aftermarket wheels. Your original lug nuts or bolts may not be the correct size or length for the new wheels, and centering rings are often necessary for proper installation if there is a difference between your vehicle’s bore and the wheel’s bore. We currently provide the Installation Kit for free with the purchase of a set of wheels. Simply add the kit to your cart and enter your vehicle information at checkout so we can send the correct lugs and hub rings for your setup.
Do you Price Match?
Yes, we do our best to match our competitors' delivered prices, including shipping, taxes, and discounts. We only price match reputable online retailers and reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion. Please note that Price Match offers cannot be combined with other discounts or coupon codes.
Do you mount and balance wheels before shipping?
Yes, we mount and balance wheels and tires by default if shipping within Wyoming or if both items are stored in the same state. Certain restrictions apply to special orders, so please contact us with the details of your items to confirm if mounting and balancing is possible before shipping.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we offer custom built-to-spec orders for select brands such as Vossen, Anrky, Lexani, and BBS. Simply provide us with your vehicle information and the brand and model you’re interested in, and we’ll work with the vendor to get the process started.

What is a test fit, and why is it important?
A test fit involves temporarily placing your wheels onto your vehicle's hub to confirm proper bolt pattern, hub compatibility, and adequate clearance for the suspension and brake calipers before mounting tires. This step is crucial for several reasons:
- It ensures there were no errors during order fulfillment or packaging at the factory.
- It helps identify fitment issues if the provided vehicle details (year, make, model, or submodel) were incorrect.
Why didn’t my Wheel Installation Kit include hub rings?
Hub rings are only needed if there is a difference between your vehicle’s bore and the wheel’s bore. If the bore sizes are the same, the wheels are hub-centric, and hub rings are not required for installation—so they won’t be included.

Unlike others in the industry, we stand by our commitment. If the wheels or tires don’t fit, we will cover the cost of return shipping and restocking fees. You will receive a 100% refund, guaranteed.

2. Return/Exchange Policy
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple and transparent.
- Wheels/Tires can be returned within 30 days of receiving them, except for single wheels/tires, which are final sale.
- All Wheels/Tires must be returned UNMOUNTED. Please test fit the wheels before mounting to avoid voiding the return policy.
- We cover the cost of return shipping if your wheels/tires don't fit your vehicle if your vehicle information was provided during checkout. Otherwise you will be charged the cost if return shipping and a restocking fee of no more than 10%

3. Shipping Policy
Shipment Facts
- Orders are usually shipped within 2 Business days
- Shipments may be delivered during business hours and may require a signature.
- Shipments may be sent in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.
- Customer is responsible for any return costs for items not covered by our Fitment Guarantee Policy or damaged in transit.
- The Fitment Specialists is not responsible for customer address typos or carrier delays as these are out of our control.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order at no charge to you if it has not yet been shipped.
4. Canceling or Modifying an Order
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Is there a fee to cancel my order?
Once an order has been accepted on our end, a cancellation fee of up to 5% will apply. This fee helps cover non-refundable charges incurred from our payment processor.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website. We strive to ship all orders same-day or within 1-2 Business Days.
Do you have a physical showroom?

What are Custom Orders?
Custom builds are wheels manufactured by the brand to your exact specifications, tailored specifically to your vehicle's fitment needs. Unlike special orders, which involve modifying pre-drilled wheels to match your vehicle’s bore, custom builds are crafted from scratch by the brand. This allows for precise customization, including specific offsets, flush or poke stances, camber adjustments, and more. These builds also offer significantly more finish options.
What brands do you currently accept custom orders for?
We accept custom orders for all models from Vossen, Anrky, Lexani, BBS, and MRR—even for models not listed on our website. These typically indicate wheels that are only available as custom orders. We're actively working to add more brands to this list, so if there's a specific brand you’re interested in that isn’t mentioned, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
The timeframe for completing a custom order depends on the brand and their current workload. In some cases, it can take as little as a week, while more complex builds might take up to a month. For an accurate estimate, please contact us with the details of your desired build.
