I was looking for some new wheels for my 2015 Audi Q7 and found these guys while searching online. Relatively close for shipping as I live in the Sheridan area and many good reviews. The website is well defined to help you find what fits your vehicle with diagrams to show you what each measurement is if ever you are unfamiliar with these. Nice pictures of the products and good recommendations for what needs to be purchased in order to achieve proper installation.
Well I decide to place my order and unfortunately that day, my Internet service provider had a major email outage where I could only see my emails through the webmail on their site and not through my regular application. After paying for my order I realized after about 20 minutes that I had added TPMS sensors to my order and that my Q7 doesn't need them but it was a pain to try and send an email at that moment. But to my surprise when I got into the webmail and could see my emails, I already had a refund and a message from Mark Tavelera telling me they had refunded the sensors because my vehicle didn't need them.
Honestly I see this as a very high level of customer care on their part as many companies wouldn't even bother with that and left it up to the customer to call them and take care of it as it's more sales for them and many customers wouldn't of bothered to ask for a refund.
I just received my order while writing this review and everything looks fine. One box was damaged and looked like it was dropped on the corner but the wheel inside looks fine.
